Nayan Patel, Pharm.D is globally regarded as the foremost go-to expert on absorbable forms of glutathione, and holds the only patent on transdermal glutathione. Patel is an internationally renowned educator, consultant, lecturer, and leading expert on the “master antioxidant” glutathione. In addition to many other topics such as cellular function and hormone replacement, Patel is a highly sought-after global authority on the critical role in that glutathione, and all other antioxidants and endogenous molecules play in the body. Along with traveling the world educating practitioners on advanced biochemistry and anti-aging science, Dr. Patel also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy where he is also an alumnus.

He is also co-inventor of a revolutionary patented technology that delivers glutathione through the water channels of the skin, via a sub-nano molecular delivery mechanism. Until now, the lack of an effective way of delivering glutathione into our bodies has kept glutathione from being accessible to most of the world. This new discovery helped solidify Patel’s standing as a true stand out in the arena of cutting-edge knowledge surrounding Glutathione.

In 2009, Dr. Patel recruited Dr. Chinh Tran to help develop a better way to deliver glutathione because existing methods were not considered absorbable or effective.

Dr. Tran served 25 years at the University of Southern California where he received his PhD in Physiology and Biophysics in 1993. He assumed many roles while there, including a lead in Research and Development at USC Keck Medical School. His research has been published in many international journals such as the Journal of Biological Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysical, and is focused on utilizing photolabile nucleotide analogues to study the relationship of structures and functions of various important biological enzymes.

In addition to being a licensed pharmacist for 25 years, Dr. Patel serves as CEO and founder of Auro Pharmaceuticals which is headquartered in Orange County, CA.

In 2017, the Patel family completed construction of a state-of the-art cGMP compounding facility, also in Orange County. Dr. Patel dedicated an entire wing of his facility to further study, and the production of topical glutathione, as to make it available to as many people around the world as possible. He is also CEO of Central Drugs Pharmacy, a subsidiary of his pharmaceutical company, which in the past has been the largest supplier of compounding products and injectables in the U.S., and served more than 40 states nationwide. Just this year, Dr. Patel decided to reassign the management of the IV business, so that he can focus on topical glutathione research and humanitarian/ philanthropic missions in this space. His pharmaceutical company also services over 10,000 doctors, and medical professionals, and expands daily.
